Rates: We encourage out guests to rent on a weekly basis. However, we will accommodate shorter stays of 3 nights, or less, if available and scheduling permits. Rates are based on a stay of 6 nights, or less, at $149.00 per night, for up to 4 persons. Add $10 for each additional person. Discounts are available for stays of more than 6 nights. Rates do not include a 7% Montana Bed Tax. Pets only on prior approval and with an additional cleaning and damage deposit being required. Check in time is 3pm on day of arrival and check out will be noon on day of departure. If special accommodations are necessary please contact us. We will not rent to singles under the age of 25.
Reservations and Deposits: Please call us at (406) 293-9357 or E-mail us to check on availability and make your reservation! A $400 deposit is required to secure your reservation. A valid credit card or credit/debit card is required for the $400 Reservation Deposit. The balance, plus tax, will be required plus tax within 45 days prior to your arrival date. Upon receipt of payment, the original $400 deposit will be converted to a security/cleaning/damage deposit. Following a satisfactory departure inspection, your deposit will be refunded in the same manner as which it was paid. We encourage our guests to leave the cabin in the same condition in which you found it. Towels and bedding may be left in the laundry room, and no, you don't need to dust, vacuum or do laundry! Guests also authorize The Yaak River Hideaway to deduct any,
and all, charges from the $400 Deposit, to the Guest's credit card. These charges would apply when extra or professional cleaning may be required, (including any labor only charges), or for losses due to damage or theft. Guest to be consulted prior to any additional charges/deductions being applied, and a detailed summary of all charges will be made available.
Guests agree that they will view and inspect the premises upon arrival. They further agree to accept the premises in their current "as-is" condition. Guests agree to use caution and common sense in the use of the premises, facilities and outside area, keeping safety as a paramount consideration. Guests are informed that they are in a wilderness-type of area and will take precautions concerning wilderness living and proximity to wildlife.
Payment Methods: Cash, money orders, travelers checks, local checks or Visa and Mastercard.
Cancellations and Refunds: In the event you must cancel we will make every effort to rent your week. You may also refer someone else to cover your week. If cancellation is made 30 days prior to your arrival date and we are unable to rent your week, your $400 deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is made in less the 30 days prior to your arrival date all monies will be forfeited. If we are able to rent your week all monies will be refunded.
